A. Gifts to Individual Board Members

A Board member will not solicit or accept anything of value that may influence or reasonably be perceived to influence the manner in which a Board member performs official duties.

B. Board Acceptance of Gifts

The Board shall not accept a gift, donation, or contribution on the District’s behalf in a manner or for a purpose that does not comply with Policy 3303.

The Board must publicly disclose a gift, donation, or contribution from any vendor or contractor that has submitted a bid in response to a request for proposals the District currently has under consideration.
