Absent production of a specific court order that provides otherwise, District personnel will treat each parent/guardian, regardless of custody or visitation rights, the same as to accessing student records, meeting and conferring with District personnel, visiting a child at school, and transporting a child to or from school. District personnel are not responsible for enforcing visitation or parenting time orders to which the District is not a party.
