Reese Public Schools stakeholders have been busy since November. Facilitated by the Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB), Reese Public Schools has completed the following to date:

• Pre-planning workshop with Superintendent and Board of Education

• Surveys to stakeholders (staff, students, parents, community members)

• In-person input sessions for staff, students, parents, and community members

• Virtual input sessions for staff, students, parents, and community members

• In-person retreat to look at stakeholder data and school district enrollment, demographic, financial, student learning, and personnel data. Participants used all data to create goals, mission, and vision for district

• Administrative implementation meeting to take the directives from stakeholders and put them on a calendar for implementation

• April 21st Board Meeting - MASB will present the Reese Public Schools Strategic Plan!
